As material consideration of participating in one or more of Pacific Match Global(PMG hereafter) social referral programs you must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. In consideration of participating in one or more of PMG programs I hereby represent that I am at least 18, single; either never married, divorced, widowed or separated (divorce pending and not currently living with my spouse).
I agree that PMG may disclose information regarding me that I provide to it for the purpose of matching me with a prospective date(s) such as providing such individuals with my personal profiles, and photographs. Contact information will be exchanged with consent from both parties.
PMG will process your personal data per GDPR/CCPA requirements. Contact information is shared only after mutual consent, and you may request data deletion at any time via info@pacific-match.com
I understand and agree that PMG may also disseminate my personal information if it is required to do so by law, or if it has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or with legal process served upon it, or to protect and defend its rights or property; or to act in an emergency to protect the safety of another(s).
I agree to immediately provide PMG with any changes in my personal status, such as address, telephone number(s), and marital status (including living with someone or dating someone exclusively). Any changes must be submitted immediately in writing or by e-mail.
I understand and agree that PMG may terminate my involvement in any program(s) with or without cause at any time.
The terms and conditions of this agreement inure to and are binding on my heirs, administrators, executors and representatives. I understand that PMG carries no public liability insurance and makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information furnished by its members/clients. PMG makes absolutely no representations as to the fitness of any individual for any purpose whatsoever.
I understand and agree that the information regarding other Clients or Members that may be provided to me includes the information which has not been verified by PMG. Because PMG makes no representations whatsoever regarding any individual, I understand that I must make every effort to satisfy myself that the individual with whom I plan or agree to interact with is safe, trustworthy and acceptable to me.
I hereby expressly, voluntarily, and knowingly agree to fully and completely assume the risk of interacting with any individual(s) with whom I come in contact either directly or indirectly by virtue of my use of PMG services.
In further consideration of participating in one or more of PMG programs I agree to fully and completely indemnify and hold harmless PMG , its principals, owners, officers, directors, heirs, successors and assigns, from any and all damages (including, but not limited to costs of defense, attorneys fees and costs of court), claims, causes of action, suits, demands and liabilities of whatever nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to damages for personal injuries and emotional distress that arise either directly or indirectly as the result of any service(s) provided by, any action or failure to act on the part of PMG , whether during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter.
The foregoing extends to any claim(s) for the improper or negligent dissemination of private, unauthorized or inaccurate information regarding me, that it placed me in a false light, or that I relied to your detriment on any representation, information, opinion, or advice provided by PMG.
I agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement, except a dispute alleging criminal violations, to arbitration before a mutually acceptable neutral arbitrator. In the event that an arbitrator cannot be agreed upon, PMG will refer the matter to a case administrator or any other recognized alternative dispute resolution center in Japan. The case administrator will select a neutral arbitrator, who shall preside over the dispute between the parties. The ruling of the arbitrator shall be final, binding upon the parties and enforceable as a final judgment pursuant to the laws of United states. In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and costs. This agreement to Arbitration affects important legal rights. I understand that by agreeing to this provision I will not be able to initiate a lawsuit in court. This Client Agreement is the entire understanding between you and PMG and no oral representations by either party shall in any way affect this Client Agreement.
You represent that you are not acting in reliance upon any agreements, promises or representations not expressly set forth herein. BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT” BELOW I REPRESENT THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
By accepting these terms, you consent to electronic communications and acknowledge that all matchmaking interactions may be digitally recorded for quality assurance.
PMG is not liable for service interruptions due to pandemics, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
